New Facility Hall Rental FY 2005-2006

The American GI Forum of San Jose's brand new Facility Hall is available to both the private and public community on a first come, first serve basis. The hall has an 850 seating capacity with dancing or a 1,200 seating capacity for non-dancing functions. Our fenced parking can accommodate 200 cars with additional parking located right in front of the Hall facility within the perimeter. The Facility Hall is available for:

• Anniversaries
• Quinceañeras
• Cultural Celebrations
• Theatrical Events
• Fundraisers
• Multi-Cultural Celebrations
• Large Community/Organization Meetings
• Large Corporate Meetings
• Bar Mitzvahs
• Other Social Functions

The rental cost for the evenings are the following:

In addition, a standard $1,000 deposit is due at the signing of the Facility Use Application. The remaining balance is payable no later than ninety (90) days prior to the planned event.

All beverages are provided through the American GI Forum of San Jose. No outside alcohol or sodas are to be supplied or brought into the facility or on property grounds as part of the application contract. Doing so is prohibited and a violation of the application contract.

Information on catering and required security patrol will be further discussed during the application process. All prospective applicants will be provided a "walk-through" of the entire facility the afternoon before the event to ensure consistency on the care and maintenance of the rented Hall facility.

Equipment

Tables and chairs are also available for your event. We can provide the first fifty (50) tables and five hundred (500) chairs at no cost. If you should need more tables and chairs, they will be provided for an additional charge.:
